Yvonne is the financial planner you should engage. She is an amazing partner, friendly, patient, prompt, efficient, understanding, trustworthy and has good work ethic. Our family have had bad experience with insurance agent and we generally do not trust insurance agent in the past. We took years to build the comfort and trust level with her before we purchase any insurance plan with her (by the way, we do not know each other, she first approaches my husband by phone call for the purpose of Medishield plan upgrade). When we first know her (9 years ago), we didn’t get any insurance plan with her, except the Medishield plan upgrade, although she prepared and shared with us multiple proposals based on our needs and requirements. Still, she is always very patience and professional answering our queries even without closing any deal. She is never pushy. We lost touched for a few years, until 5 years ago when I decided to get something for my daughter. I thought of her (due to the past good experience) and send her some queries. Again, she is very patient, proposed a few plans and let me decide the plan at my own pace. I did my homework, and there are many queries and answer sessions before I finally made my decision. She knew I am comparing among a few proposals, still, she attended to my thousand and one questions (as I literally go into the details of term and conditions). She is well-prepared, very informative, and professional. She has never failed to answer me. She will only highlight the pros of the plan she proposed to you, but never putdown plan from other insurance companies. She also acknowledged the differences, and she will let the client decide without only emphasizing her plan is the best, how much money you could get out from the plan. Her principle is, get what is comfortable for your family, without overstretch, so that you can still have something insured and enjoy the life you want, without tightening up your belt. Even at the time to close the deal, she made the process easy and fuss free. As I am aware of her one-stop service, I also get my family travel insurance from her. Again, it is an easy and painless service. She is super-efficient, many times, I forgot to plan for insurance until very last minute, she always helps me settle everything and make my trip worriless. Just wan to say thank you to Yvonne, for being an awesome partner! You are more than a financial planner, always there for me, and making me feel like I can be rest-assured that my family and me will be well taken care of, even if there are raining days in our life.
